Bob has been a certified mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Illinois since 1997. He is a member of the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration System and of the President’s Council, Illinois Institute of Technology.
Prior to joining Golan Christie Taglia in 2010, Bob was a shareholder at Querrey & Harrow. He has more than 35 years of experience in bankruptcy matters, including business reorganizations, creditor remedies, and individual solvencies. Bob also offers substantial expertise in complex litigation such as business disputes, shareholder derivative actions, mechanics liens and mortgage foreclosures.
As a former member of the panel of Chapter 7 trustees, Bob helped develop forms and procedures still used by the Trustee program.
