Rachel Benner

OVERVIEW

Rachel Benner has been a member of the Golan Christie Taglia team since 2008 and serves as the firm’s HR & Office Manager. In her role, she oversees human resources, benefits administration, recruiting, records management, facilities, and the day-to-day operations that support the firm’s attorneys and staff.

With nearly two decades at GCT, Rachel has become a trusted resource for attorneys and staff alike, helping ensure the firm runs smoothly behind the scenes while supporting its people and operations. She is known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the systems and processes that contribute to the firm’s success.

Prior to rejoining GCT in 2008, Rachel spent six years as an Executive Legal Assistant at Alcan, where she supported senior leadership and gained valuable experience in legal and corporate operations. She was also a member of the GCT team from 1996 to 1998, giving her a unique perspective on the firm’s growth and evolution over the years.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys exploring America’s national parks and discovering new destinations through road trips and camping adventures. Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are among her favorite destinations, offering the perfect combination of breathtaking scenery, wildlife, and time outdoors.
