Anthony Taglia implements strategic and effective approaches to help clients achieve their business goals.

As Managing Partner of Golan Christie Taglia, he knows excellent client service stems from a deep understanding of each company’s business, their industry and the market in which they operate. He uses this intelligence to devise practical solutions to solve today’s issues and take advantage of tomorrow’s opportunities.

He concentrates his practice in the areas of:

• Corporate, tax, real estate, banking and finance law
• Representation of closely held businesses and business owners
• Design and implementation of commercial transactions
• Structuring of new business ventures
• Mergers and Acquisitions

As a CPA and MBA, Tony truly focuses on understanding the business and goals of each of his clients so that he can customize a cost/beneficial strategy to accomplish their goals.

Tony joined GCT as an Associate and made Partner in 2002. He took over as the firm’s Managing Partner in 2021. Earlier in his career, he was a Law Clerk, then an Associate at Weiss & Block.

Tony enjoys travel, going to sporting events and restaurants and working out.
