Darrin S. Baim

OVERVIEW

Darrin Baim is a member of Golan Christie Taglia’s Executive Committee. He is also the Firm’s Hiring Partner, overseeing attorney recruitment and development.

Darrin concentrates his practice in the areas of:

• Corporate mergers, acquisitions and real estate
• Representation of closely held businesses and business owners
• Design and implementation of commercial transactions
• Structuring of new business ventures
• Leasing, subleasing and business contracts

Going beyond providing legal advice, Darrin takes the time to listen to clients and help them determine how to best achieve their strategic goals. He believes that long term relationships bring the best results and strives to provide value at every turn.

Darrin joined GCT in 2000 and made Partner in 2009. Previously, he was a Health Care Associate with Katten Muchin Zavis.

Darrin lives in Glenview with his wife Stacy and his three children, Jacob, Claire and Ryan.
