Golan Christie Taglia LLP is pleased to announce that Doug Conomy has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer.

With more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Doug brings a unique combination of legal, operational, and human resources leadership. In his role, he will oversee the firm's financial performance, operational infrastructure, people systems, marketing execution, and technology platforms, while partnering closely with firm leadership to drive profitability, scalability, and strategic growth.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned both his B.A. and J.D., Doug began his career practicing labor and employment law at an Am Law 100 firm. He subsequently held leadership positions with FTI Consulting, Morae Global, Barnes & Thornburg, and most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck.
