Chad Thompson brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as chief operating officer at Golan Christie Taglia. A competent and energetic operations leader, Chad has worked with companies of all sizes to develop strategies to create efficiencies; research and implement information technology; design administrative and organizational policies and procedures; and spearhead operations related to human resources, accounting, annual planning and budgeting, project management and benefits administration.
Prior to joining the firm, Chad was executive director of finance & operations of Lyceum Leadership Consulting for more than six years. Other past roles include vice president of global payment solutions for AscendantFX Capital, Inc. and several positions with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including vice president, commercial banking.
Chad is active in the Chicago community, serving on the board of directors of the AIDS Foundation Chicago and is a member of the organization’s Strategic Planning Committee. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Center for Housing and Health, as well as the organization’s treasurer.
