OVERVIEW

Katherine Gambach is a Paralegal in Golan Christie Taglia’s Corporate Law & Governance Practice Group.

Katherine assists with structuring new business ventures and reorganization, preparing and maintaining corporate records, mergers and acquisitions, subrogation matters, charitable foundation formation, employee benefit issues for individuals and businesses and IRS matters.

Katherine is an avid Michigan sports fan and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
