Robert Benjamin has more than 45 years of experience in bankruptcy matters, including business reorganizations, creditor remedies, and individual solvencies. Bob also offers substantial experience in complex litigation such as business disputes, shareholder derivative actions, mechanics liens and mortgage foreclosures. As a former member of the panel of Chapter 7 trustees, Bob helped develop forms and procedures still used by the Trustee program.
Bob concentrates his practice in the areas of:
