Shelby H. Nikoloff

OVERVIEW

Shelby H. Nikoloff joined Golan Christie Taglia as an associate in 2023 and concentrates her practice in the following areas:

• Trusts and estates administration, including guardianships of disabled adults and minors
• Complex litigation concerning trusts, estates and guardianship disputes.
• Commercial and civil litigation, involving matters such as contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and post collections work.

Shelby offers a hands-on approach to her clients and works with a balance of care and knowledge to guide them through every step of the process.

Shelby earned her law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where she served on the Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution Honors Council and Trial Team. Shelby is also graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
