Steven J. Rosenberg

OVERVIEW

Steven Rosenberg has been a civil and criminal litigation lawyer for more than 40 years, Steve has tried over 100 cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.

Steve has significant experience in the areas of:

• FCPA
• SEC investigations
• White collar defense

Prior to joining GCT, Steve served as an Enforcement Attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1972-1973 and was the Chief of the Financial Crimes Bureau for the Illinois Attorney General from 1973-1977.

Steve is a lifetime Chicagoan with an advanced appreciation of music, and a strong interest in mentoring emerging attorneys.
