Toni F. Esparza

OVERVIEW

Toni Esparza joined GCT as an associate in 2021 after previously serving as a law clerk and litigation legal assistant at the firm.

Toni focuses her practice in the areas of:

• Trusts and estates administration (including guardianships of disabled adults and minors)
• Complex litigation concerning trusts, estates and guardianship disputes
• Commercial and civil litigation

Her clients, which include both corporate fiduciaries and individuals, appreciate her dynamic and compassionate approach in providing creative and effective solutions tailored to their particular needs.

Toni received her J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 2020 and her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. While in law school, Toni volunteered at John Marshall’s International Human Rights Clinic, a non-profit and non-partisan legal clinic committed to advocating for human rights around the world.

She is co-chair of the firm’s DEIA committee along with Brianna Golan.
