Golan Christie Taglia is thrilled to announce that Bryan Spurgeon has joined the firm as a senior associate attorney! Bryan concentrates his practice in corporate law & governance and mergers & acquisitions.

Bryan earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. His practice focuses on a wholistic view of a business’ life cycle, from formation to succession planning and because of this, he can provide counsel to a wide range of clients.

Fun Fact: Bryan is an avid music lover and has been to over 200 concerts and counting!
