The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, led by Partners Brianna Golan and Leynee Cruz Flores, meets regularly to discuss a variety of topics, including inherent and unconscious bias, the importance of language in the workplace and tangible ways to remain committed to enriching diversity. The committee gives structure and a voice to advance DEI goals, invests in team members and develops programs to further strategic priorities.
