Golan Christie Taglia is pleased to announce a new addition to our extended family: Joseph Stephen Ballard was born on Tuesday, October 15 at 12:22 am. He weighed in at 6 lbs 3 oz and 22 inches. Joseph is the first child of GCT attorney Brianna Golan and her husband Brian Ballard. We wish the Golan and Ballard families much health and happiness.
