Golan Christie Taglia is proud to announce that Beverly A. Berneman, a partner in our Intellectual Property and Reorganization and Bankruptcy Services Group, has been selected as the sole Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Technology and Intellectual Property Newsletter.

As Editor, she will be responsible for leading the effort to publish the ABI’s quarterly national newsletter that addresses the intersection between Bankruptcy Law and Technology and IP Law.

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency.  ABI was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues.  The ABI membership includes more than 13,000 attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and other bankruptcy professionals providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information.
