Jennifer focuses her practice on corporate and real estate law, drawing upon her previous experience in both the legal and financial industries. She uses this knowledge to advise clients on their most pressing issues concerning business formation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to joining GCT, Jennifer worked as a Tax Accountant at BDO USA, LLP and a Senior Accountant for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she furthered her knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting.

Morgan centers her practice on litigation matters, corporate law, trusts and estates and tax, using the skills developed in law school to best represent her clients.

While in law school, Morgan served as a domestic relations mediator at the Taliaferro Family and Children Mediation Clinic where she assisted families in reaching agreements best suited for the children involved.

She graduated with her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2021. At law school, Morgan was the Executive Production Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. She earned her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology, magna cum laude, in 2018 from Saint Mary’s College.
