Honoring Women’s History Month: Celebrating the Women Who Inspire Us - Sandra Napoli D'Arco
March 7, 2025
At Golan Christie Taglia, Women’s History Month is more than a celebration—it’s a time to recognize the extraordinary women who shape our firm, our profession, and our communities. Throughout March, we are proud to highlight trailblazing women both within GCT and beyond—our clients, colleagues, and attorneys—whose strength, innovation, and leadership continue to break barriers and pave the way for future generations. Their impact is immeasurable, and we are honored to share their stories.
Kicking off this celebration, we are thrilled to spotlight Sandra Napoli-D’Arco—a powerhouse in legal marketing and business development! Sandra is not only our esteemed Chief Marketing Officer but also the president and founder of Snap D-Marketing, a firm dedicated to transforming the way law firms grow and thrive. At GCT, Sandra is redefining how we approach marketing and business development. Her leadership, innovation, and unwavering commitment are instrumental to our growth, and we are beyond grateful for her impact.
Thank you, Sandra! Please take a moment to read below and learn more about Sandra yourself!
1. In three words, describe the essence of your business.
Strategic. Impactful. Trusted.
2. What’s one unexpected lesson entrepreneurship has taught you?
No matter how well you plan, things will change—clients will pivot, industries will shift, and unexpected challenges will pop up. The real key to success is adaptability, not just strategy.
3. Was there a defining moment when you knew this business was your path? Tell us about it.
Yes—when I realized that my success in-house wasn’t just about execution but about vision, strategy, and relationships. The moment I saw how I could bring that to multiple firms and truly transform their growth, I knew I had to build something of my own.
4. What’s a sacrifice you made that was harder than you expected?
Stepping away from a steady, in-house role with predictable security was harder than I thought. I was already balancing career and family, but taking the leap into full ownership meant redefining stability and embracing uncertainty.
5. If you could go back and give your younger self one piece of advice before starting this journey, what would it be?
You are more capable than you realize. Stop second-guessing yourself, take the leap earlier, and don’t wait for the "right time"—because it never comes.
6. What’s something about your journey that most people don’t see or realize?
People see the wins, but they don’t always see the relentless problem-solving, the risks, or the moments of uncertainty that come with building something from the ground up. Success isn’t just about great ideas—it’s about persistence, adaptability, and making tough decisions every single day.
7. What fuels you on the tough days?
The impact. Seeing how my work helps law firms and businesses grow, lawyers thrive, and businesses evolve keeps me going, even when the road is bumpy.
8. What does success look like to you beyond the bottom line?
Freedom—of time, of choice, of how I work and who I work with. Success is about control over my professional and personal life.
9. Who has been your biggest supporter or source of inspiration along the way?
My biggest supporter has been my husband—he’s been my steady foundation, always believing in me, even on the days I doubted myself. My greatest inspiration, though, comes from my clients. They are out there every day, taking the strategies we create together and turning them into real success. Watching them push boundaries, take risks, and achieve incredible growth reminds me that I have to practice what I preach. Their drive fuels my own, pushing me to be an even better leader and strategist.
10. What’s one thing people can do today to better support women-owned businesses?
Be intentional—seek them out, hire them, refer them, and recognize their expertise just as readily as you would any other business.
