We are pleased to announce that Steven J. Rosenberg has joined the firm. As a successful civil and criminal litigator for over 40 years, trying over 100 cases to verdict in both state and federal courts, Steve brings extensive experience in mail and wire fraud and other white collar crime, SEC investigations, accounting and securities fraud, complex civil litigation, medical negligence, and employment cases involving breach of contract and civil rights violations.

At his prior firm, Steve not only gained extensive trial experience representing many high level executives, major accounting firms and corporations, he learned to expertly navigate complex legal landscapes and effectively assess a client’s likelihood of success in terms of both liability and damages. Prior to starting his own practice, Steve was an Enforcement Attorney for the US Securities and Exchange Commission and also worked as Chief of the Financial Crimes Bureau for the Illinois Attorney General. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois (BA) and University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (JD), and is admitted to practice in Illinois and California.
