Golan Christie Taglia Elevates Katherine M. Oswald and Nichole M. F. Siedlarczyk to Partnership

Golan Christie Taglia announces Katherine M. Oswald and Nichole M. F. Siedlarczyk have been elevated to Partners within the firm. Katherine and Nichole’s promotions follow their outstanding work on behalf of clients over their several years of service at the firm.

Katherine concentrates her practice on estate planning and taxation, representing clients in complex issues pertaining to individual asset planning and settlement of estate taxes. She also assists organizations in all facets of business succession planning, asset protection, estate and trust administration and litigation and guardianship processes, among other matters.
As a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Council, Katherine promotes the development and improvement of estate planning legislation, continuously strengthening her practice to best serve her clients.
Katherine earned her J.D. in 2014 from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law after completing her B.S. in Business Administration from University of Missouri in 2011.
Nichole serves clients in the areas of corporate law, intellectual property and commercial real estate law, focusing on matters related to corporate governance, outside counsel work and mergers and acquisitions.
She aids general counsels, closely held businesses and entrepreneurs in day-to-day contract review and negotiations, equity and debt financings, structuring new business ventures and reorganizations, equity incentive plans for employees and contractors, lease review, real estate purchases and sales.
After earning her B.B.A. with a concentration in marketing from Saint Mary’s College, Nichole completed her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015.
