Amanda Parmer is a Paralegal in Golan Christie Taglia’s Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Law & Governance Practice Groups and has over 15 years of experience as a legal paraprofessional. She assists with supporting corporate transactions and compliance matters, including entity formations, mergers/acquisitions, and real estate closings. Amanda specializes in the management and maintenance of corporate records, facilitating annual compliance for a diverse portfolio of entities, and manages essential filings with Secretary of State departments nationwide. Her sharp attention to detail ensures seamless operations for both legal teams and clients. 

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys traveling and actively gives back to her community by volunteering with her church and serving on her local condo association board.
