Bryan regularly counsels business owners, founders, entrepreneurs and privately held businesses in connection with various corporate transactions and governance related matters across a variety of industries. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and provide practical solutions to legal and business challenges.
Bryan’s corporate practice focuses on all aspects of a business’s life cycle, from formation and governance to capital raises, acquisitions, and succession planning. Bryan advises clients on day-to-day operations as well as long-term strategies for growth, transactions and exit planning.
Prior to joining GCT in 2025, Bryan was an Associate at a boutique law firm where he focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business matters.
