Structured Essential Documentation and Protections for Emerging Company

CHALLENGE
A client was starting a new venture providing a website to connect European food and wine manufacturers and distributors with distributors, restaurants and food service professionals in the United States. Our client was under a time constraint to have a beta version of the website ready for a trade show.

OUR STRATEGY
To help expedite what can be a lengthy process, GCT drafted confidentiality agreements so that our client could receive quotes from appropriate vendors. Additionally, we helped negotiate and then draft master service agreements and statements of work with the website developer. We also created terms of service and a privacy policy on an expedited basis for use on the website.

RESULTS
All of the agreements were successfully executed, and services were provided in a timely manner so that a beta version of the website was ready for the trade show.
